At first glance there are NO noticeable problems. Only when using a strong glass can you find and scattered lines or a few teenie ticks. The wear on this con si VERY light. Both sides are drenched by a full booming luster. You can see traces of prooflike mirrors. There are NO stains or discolorations on the high points. The color is a beautiful yellow gold. Miss Liberty and the details are needle sharp in strike and have light frost. The eye appeal is SUPERB!
We obtained this coin from a customer who purchased it raw many years ago and had it certified. This is definitely a “fresh” and unmessed with coin. PCGS 18, NGC 5. The last one to sell in major auction brought $27,485.00 07/08 B+M. Too bad all AU58 early $10’s can’t look like this!
