This piece is the epitome of the set that was built. The collector demanded originality, strong strikes, and HIGH END quality.
Wonderful surfaces are crisp and clean overall. If you use a really strong glass, you can find some scattered extremely tiny and light ticks. A very strong cartwheel luster enhances the moderate and totally original champagne/golden brown/russet/silver color mix all over. Miss Liberty and the details are well struck. The eye appeal is very nice!
PCGS 77, NGC 82, CAC 18. PCGS has graded only 4 coins higher after 30 years of operations (and CAC has done NONE). The last PCGS MS 65 CAC to sell in auction brought $8,813.00 08/2015. The coin offer here is nicer! If you are building atop tier and totally original set, this is your coin!
