A true GEM in every respect! Both sides are satiny smooth, exceptionally clean, and have traces of semi-prooflike mirrors. A full booming luster blazes from both sides. Some very light creamy toning is visible. Miss Liberty and the details are frosty and have exceptional strikes. The eye appeal is very pleasing (remember,these do NOT come like 80s $1). PCGS 41, NGC 19. PCG has graded only 2 coins higher. We think the pops are overstated for this date and grade. These do not appear with any frequency. Plus, ALL published prices are substantially LESS than what these coins actually wholesale for!
