$1 1890-O PCGS MS-66

We do not believe the pop of 19 is correct. We certainly haven’t seen many of these offered recently. Fully lustrous surfaces have just a few teeny ticks/spots but none that are big or detract from the grade or eye appeal. Miss Liberty and the details are exceptionally struck and have light frost. Her cheek clearly is NOT messed with. There is a slight hint of gold in the center of the reverse. The eye appeal is great! PCSG 19, NGC 4. PCGS/NGC have graded NONE higher.
