We unhesitatingly rank this coin in the top 2% for the grade! Why PCGS did not + it is a mystery. We grade it 67.8++++.
There are NO real marks of any size, any where. If you look really hard you will find only a couple of LIGHT frost breaks. The surfaces look satiny and smooth. We can’t stress enough how remarkably clean this coin is. Both sides are an UNdipped out snowy white. The luster is strong. Miss Liberty and the details are frosty and have full strikes. Her cheek is remarkably clean too. The eye appeal is tremendous!
PCGS 73, NGC 108, CAC 12. PCGS has graded only one coin higher-and MS68. The last PCGS/CAC coin we found that sold at auction brough $4,025.00 03/2011! If you are the worlds pickiest Morgan Collector, you WILL love this GEM. It realy is all there and then some.
