A SUPERB GEM PROOF Trade Dollar!
Shimmering GEMMY mirrors are glass like. They have only a few thin scattered lines you can find when using a really strong glass. All other characteristics: clarity, depth, and reflectivity are strong. An even mix of totally ORIGINAL purple/navy/deep tangerine colors are spread all over. The colors are slight deeper on the reverse. Miss Liberty and the details have light frost and are exceptionally struck. The eye appeal is great!
This is a PROOF ONLY date with just 979 minted. PCGS 15, NGC 26, CAC 5. The last PCGS/CAC piece to sell at major auction brought serious PQ money: $31,625.00 3/11 (that’s along two years ago). The coin offered here is definitely priced much more reasonably.
