$1 1882-S PCGS MS65 DMPL

$3,500.00

It is a myth that 1882-S DMPL’s are commoner like an 80-S. This coin will light up any collection it resides in!

Full 8″+ mirrors have endless depth. We rarely see mirrors like this on 82-s’s. This coin is shockingly clean. There is a small patch of toning at 9:00 on the obverse. When you twirl the coin, the mirrors have a deep “watery” roll that is so mega flashy it almost blinds you. Miss Liberty and the details are fully struck and have thick white frosting. Both sides have strong contrast. The eye appeal is drop dead AMAZING! Keep in mind, 1882-S DMPL’s do NOT look like 80S’s.

PCGS 30, NGC 70, CAC 6. We rarely have a chance to buy MS65 DMPL’s of any date CAC’d-let alone one with only 6 beaned. THAT IS RARE! The last PCGS CAC piece to sell in auction brought $3,120.00. 08/2019. The coin offered here has been off the market since 2014. This date and grade is certainly worth much more than the printed prices.
