Both sides enjoy a fresh luster so bright the sun actually has to wear shades when it is near. Reflective semi-prooflike surfaces add to the boldness. Only a few trivial ticks can be seen. An electric ring of reddish gold fires away on the rims. Some blue highlights the obverse rims too. No question this coin was never dipped or messed with. Miss Liberty and the details are loaded with thick snowy white frost. The eye appeal is tremendous!
PCGS 94, NGC 197, CAC 39. We do not care if other MS68’s are selling for $1,000.00-this coin WILL blow them away! Until recently it was in one of the finest Type sets ever. The image does not due the coin justice!
