The cleanliness of this coin is outstanding! The reverse has virtually NO ticks (not even teenie ones) while the obverse has just a few scattered and practically invisible ones. The surfaces are smooth and have a killer snowy white texture. A strong luster enhances the coins already great eye appeal. Miss Liberty and the details are fully struck and have thick frost. This is NOT an upgraded 66 in a 67 holder!
Housed in an older green tag holder. PCGS 109, NGC 116. The last one to sell in major auction brought $5,750.00 10/08 Heritage. We would be shocked if that coin was really better than this one!
