This is a beautiful DMPL! It has full bold contrast too. The quality is HIGH END.
Deep mirrors are a full 8″ and beam boldly from all over. The mirrors are clean and are super clear (VERY important). When you twirl the coin, the mirrors look like a freshly formed sheet of ice. There is one small splash of toning. This coin was never messed with. Miss Liberty and the details are thickly frosted a creamy white and are fully struck. The eye appeal is neat!
PCGS 232, NGC 93, CAC 24. The last PCGS CAC 1881-CC to sell in auction brought $3,600.00 04/2018. That proves they are NOT so easy to find. Nice pieces like this are hard to find and generally do not last long. Opportunity knocks loud here!
