Strongly semi-prooflike mirrors are borderline full PL status. They are incredibly flashy and have practically no marks. A thin band of reddish gold frames the outer rim areas only. Miss Liberty and the details are heavily frosted and have full strikes. Her cheek is clearly NOT messed with. The eye appeal is bold you’ll keep this coin with you where ever you go!
