Silky smooth surfaces are amazingly clean. A full booming luster also shows off the snow white color. Miss Liberty and the details are exceptionally struck and have heavily frosted details. If this weren’t an 8TF you’d swear it was an 80S! Both the quality AND eye appeal are terrific! PCGS 29, NGC 19. Only PCGS has 2 finer.
