$1 1878 8TF NGC PR66

We love this totally SUPERB GEM. in fact, we helped purchase this RAW out of a major collection many years ago (the Stacks Vermulle sale 2001) .This is its first time being offered to collectors other than that sale. It has been in a major collection since.

Incredibly deep, crystal clear, super clean, and wildly reflective mirrors highlight both sides. Even using a strong glass you can NOT find ANY imperfections. The colors are a very pretty and slightly mottled mix of russet/blue/golden brown/deep green. Miss Liberty and all of the details are exquistely struck. The eye appeal is fabulous!

ONLY 500 were minted. PCGS 8, NGC 23. No matter how picky you are, this is a piece you WILL love!
