$1 1873 TD PCGS MS64

Having built the finest EVER MS Trade Dollar set we know what they should look like in GEM. To us, this coin is a stone amazing colored GEM. To PCGS it is not.

We resubmitted this coin 3x (yes, we are indeed gradeflation pirates in this case)! The ONLY thing we think keeps it from MS65-the reverse has blotchy toning. The obverse has MS65++ color and quality. Both sides have surfaces are that are extra smooth, clean, and boldly lustrous. Miss Liberty and the details are VERY well struck. Take our word on this, you NEVER see 1873 TD’s with gorgeous rainbow colors. If it were an MS65, looking like this, it would cost at least $15,000.00.
