A year ago we would not be able to buy this coin. The “crackout” boys would have been all over it. Today, because the services are so tight, they are limiting their purchasing. So collectors have a better shot at the real ULTRA HIGH END coins.
Save for a few very light and not visible to the naked eye lines and ticks, this coin would easily make MS64 (a year ago the crack-out geniuses would try to deaden the lines). The surfaces are also satiny and lustrous. Both sides are a creamy white with a hint of champagne around the peripheries. Miss Liberty and the details are exceptionally struck. The eye appeal is wonderful! If you do not like this as an MS63, then you will never find a Seated Dollar that will please you!
