$1 1869 PCGS MS65

This is by far one of the neatest MS Seated Dollars we have EVER owned. As you know, we have unquestionably built the TWO finest MS STD Sets EVER!

Both sides are boldly prooflike. The mirrors are real and are at least 4″ deep. Their clarity is amazing. Only a few trivial teenie ticks on the lower right obverse can be detected. There is a blush of purple on the top half of the obverse and all over the reverse rims. Miss Liberty and the details are exceedingly well struck and have thick creamy white frost. This coin is definitely NOT a proof. The eye appeal is incredible!

PCGS 2, NGC 1, CAC 2. The other MS 65 is locked up in the #2 set we are building. Hard to believe but PCGS has graded 2 coins higher (one is impounded in our set).
