We hardly ever buy coins like this. This coin was so super clean and high end we decided to give it a try. The new owner will NOT be disappointed.
Both sides exhibit super clean and smooth surfaces. There are a few very light and teenie OLD ticks-that of course blend in. You do NOT see them with the naked eye. This coin does not look like it was ever dipped-it has that neat deep gray/pewter ORIGINAL coloration. Miss Liberty and the details are well struck. This coin is as nice as you can get for a VF! The eye appeal is fantastic!
PCGS 30, NGC 9, CAC 2 (CAC has NOT beaned many of these in ANY grade). THE last 1795 VF to sell in a major auction brought $6,612.00 back in 2006! This is a surprisingly RARE coin!
