$1 1795 2 LVS PCGS AU58 B-1 BB-21

This is not just a GEM AU, it is a totally SUPERB GEM AU that really IS borderline MS! In credible surfaces are just that. There are ZERO imperfections to be found-even using a strong glass. The surfaces are completely smooth. In fact, there re slight traces of semi-prooflike mirrors visible. A surprising original luster boldly beams from all over. Both sides are a  GEM original pewter/pale lively pearl/lavender color. This is NOT a dull or drab coin. Also, this coin is 100% unmessed with. Miss Liberty and the details are well struck. There is NO high point discolorations. All wear is light and even. The eye appeal is tremendous! PCGS 21, NGC 6, CAC 4 (only 2 CAC coins are graded better). The last one to sell in a major auction brought $84,000.00 03/2018. We placed this coin with a collector back in 2011. It has been off the market since. The only reason it is now for sale, the collector changed direction (we have several coins from his collection for sale this week). Even in an MS62 grade you won’t see pieces as nice as this (and there are NONE CAC’d). If you collect incredible Bust dollars or are building a top end Type set, this coin is a “must see”.
