What a SUPERB GEM 2C Proof this is! Its closer to PR67 RD then PR66 RD.
Strong mirrors really throw some strong flash at you. The mirrors are deep, clean, clear, and have strong reflectivity. Both sides are a virgin ORIGINAL Mint Red color. A few light toning dots can be seen hidden inside the shield-but there are NO flecks. All of the details are frosty and have full strikes. The eye appeal is fabulous!
Only 960 were minted. PCGS 18, NGC 7, CAC 10. PCGS has graded 6 coins in PR66+ RD. The last one to sell in auction brought $8,410.00 09/2020 (not this coin). We know these have become to cheap. Now is the BEST time to buy one and just put it away!
