H10C 1865 PCGS PR66+ CAMEO

This piece has it all in terms of quality and eye appeal. 155 years old and it looks better than new!

Deep mirrors blaze from all over. The mirrors have great clarity and are totally devoid of any problems. When you twirl the coin (and after dealing with its powerful flash) the mirrors have that “watery” roll. Gorgeous totally original colors of aqua blue/green/open up into vibrant reddish/violet centers. Miss Liberty and the details are well struck and are loaded with frost. The eye appeal is phenomenal!

Only 500 were minted. PCGS 9, NGC 6, CAC 10 (retreads for sure). PCGS has graded 5 in PR66+ Cameo. The last PCGS CAC piece to sell in auction brought $3,600.00 10/2018. It is our strong opinion that coins like this are way too cheap. We do not see even the Type offered with any frequency.
