Have a very nice piece here. No question this coin has been carefully saved since it left the bank 85 years ago. The surfaces are smooth and are super clean. A really strong luster shows off totally ORIGINAL nickel/pale gold colors. There is not a single toning dot or fleck anywhere. All of the details are well struck. The eye appeal is fantastic!
PCGS 426, NGC 135, CAC 25. The last example to sell at auction brought $3,000.00 09/2019. This coin has been off the market for many years!
