1C 1857 SMALL DATE PCGS PR66 BN GRAYSON

Not only is this coin spectacular, it is SUPER HIGH  END. We admit, we just resubmit for a +. We are perplexed at what PCGS is thinking. Really strong mirrors beam boldly from all over. They have amazing clarity and are super clean. Using a strong glass you do not see any imperfections, just Mint made die polishing lines. You do not have to imagine the mirrors are there. In fact, when you twirl the coin, the mirrors look like a freshly made sheet of glass. Both sides are a mix of totally original gorgeous chocolate brown/gold/soft blue colors. Miss Liberty and every detail look like they were sculpted from a chocolate bar. Every thing is needle sharp. The eye appeal is jaw dropping for sure! ONLY 238 minted. PCGS 5, NGC 10, CAC 6 (probably a few are this coin). The last 1857 PR to sell was a NON CAC PCGS coin. It bought $11,163.00 03/2017. This coin is far superior to not only that but most. We rarely ever see Proof Large Cents looking this spectacular! Think about this coins value: its 163 years old. It is an obsolete denomination. It is a copper coin that is one of the finest for the date (and maybe even series).
