$2.5 1904 PCGS MS65+

This is a very pleasing GEM! The surfaces have a thick satiny texture. There are a few very light frost breaks and lines. You can see one pinpoint size toning dot on the obverse. The luster is a thick, satiny, and some what shiny. Both sides are a thick totally orange deep gold/pale greenish gold. Miss Liberty and the details are thickly frosted and are sharply struck. The eye appeal is wonderful! PCGS 493, NGC 452, CAC 84. PCGS has only graded 2 ion MS65+. Neither has been sold via auction. A regular MS65 PCGS CAC sold for $999.00 09/2017.
