We normally do not buy AU58 Morgans. This coin caught our eye instantly. It actually is boldly prooflike. Why PCGS won’t call it that, only they know. Full mirrors beam boldly from all over.You do not have to imagine the mirrors. There are numerous ticks and a few trivial lines visible-only because of the mirrors. This is an untoned silvery white coin. Miss Liberty and the details are extremely sharp in strike and do offer light frost. All wear is hard to detect and there are NO discolorations on the high points. The eye appeal is fabulous! PCGS 132, NGC 134, CAC 10. The last PCGS CAC to sell in auction brought $20,562.50 back in 08/2015. Finding a true accurately grade NICE piece is nearly impossible-let alone one that is borderline prooflike.
