25C 1863 PCGS PR64+

Very HIGH END quality VERY colorful eye appeal. Deep mirrors beam vividly from all over. There are NO visible problems. Only using a strong glass and looking hard can you find a tick or two and a line or two-nothing serious at all. When twirling the coin, the mirrors look like a lazy river of flash. A moderate funky mix of totally original blue/purple/pale gold swirl all over. The colors are NOT drab or blotchy. Miss Liberty and the details are thickly frosted and are sharply struck. The eye appeal is wonderful! ONLY 460 were minted. PCGS 55, NGC 43, CAC 4.  We do know this coin sold in 01/2016 for $2,115.00-as a regular PR64 (NO +) CAC. The pops show only one PR64+, but we cannot match this coin up.  Regardless, even Collectors Universe has this rarity nearly right with a value of $2,800.00. We do not see many nice ones of these!
