G $1 1875 PCGS AU 58

We would bet that in the pre slab days this was called a choice BU. Seriously deep mirrors beam boldly from all over. At first glance you are thinking Proof. The surfaces are clean and do still emit a semi satiny texture. Only using a strong glass can you see a few minor light lines. There are NO big hits. Both sides have a magnificent and totally original blazing reddish gold/orange gold color. There are NO spots or discolorations. Miss Liberty and every detail are needle sharp in strike and have thick frost. The eye appeal is awesome! ONLY 400 were ever minted. PCGS 11, NGC 4, CAC 4. The last one of these to sell in auction brought $7,638.00 in 2013. Remember, we said 2013-FOUR long years ago. We can NOT stress enough how RARE these are to find in ANY grade. And to find one totally original and not messed with like this is unheard of these days.  Once this coin is sold, good luck finding anything similar over the next few years!!
