This is a borderline PR66+ DCameo! At first glance it does have the look! Superior and really deep mirrors beam from all over. The mirrors have exceptional clarity, cleanliness, and a of course a high voltage reflection. The contrast is stunning!  Miss Liberty and the details are so fine and have thick frost they look carved and almost 3-D!  The eye appeal is dazzling! ONLY 510 Minted of this PROOF ONLY date.  PCGS 62, NGC 57, CAC 42. PCGS has graded only 4 coins PR66+ Cameo. It should be noted on 11/16 a PR66+ CAM CAC sold for $4,471.00 yet on 08/2016 a regaulr PR66 Cameo sold for $5,875.00. Go figure.
