$2.5 1845 PCGS MS62

A very nice and very high end 172 year old gold coin! We see much newer dates far more hacked up. Overall, the surfaces are extremely clean. There is a really light scuff/cut on the obverse, and that is really it. On the reverse, there is a really eat die crack.  A surprisingly strong luster beams from all over. Both sides enjoy a light and totally original patina of pale greenish gold toning. There are NO spots or discolorations. Miss Liberty and the details are exceptionally struck and have delicate frost. The eye appeal nice! PCSG 15, NGC 16, CAC 5. We cannot stress enough how rare these are. The last one to sell, was a NON CAC piece back in 03/212. That coin brought $2,588.00-FIVE YEARS AGO!
