$20 1915 PCGS MS64+

$8,750.00

1915 is a GROSSLY misunderstood date in near GEM. These generally do NOT come very nice in MS period. Exceptional surfaces clearly are above average. You can find a minimal amount of ticks-with NONE being serious or standing out when using a strong glass. An above average luster enhances the coins thick satiny surface look. Both sides are a superb totally original even deeper yellow gold color. There are NO spots or discolorations. Miss Liberty and the details are lightly frosted and are well struck. The eye appeal is terrific! PCGS 317, NGC 318, CAC 37. PCGS has graded 15 in MS64+. The last 1915 to sell in auction brought $8,813.00 03/2016-and that was a NON CAC coin. The last PCGS CAC piece to sell in auction brought 8,337.00-back in 2012! Again, as we said before, VERY underrated date in this grade (note: A PCGS MS65 CAC would fetch around $30,000.00 if offered in auction today). Plus, this is a really nice coin!
