J- 939 50C 1870 PCGS PR64+ CAMEO SIMPSON

This is a gorgeous Liberty Cap Standard Silver pattern. It is an R-5 (30-76 minted). The quality is VERY high end. No question this coin borders full PR65 Cameo. There are just a few very trivial lines scattered about which you really need a glass to see them. The mirrors are exceedingly deep, crystal clear, clean overall, and have a bold reflection. A totally original hint of gold mixes with strong silver color all over. Every detail is sharply struck and has moderate creamy/silvery frost. There are NO spots or discolorations. The eye appeal is outstanding! PCGS 1, NGC 0, CAC 1. PCGS has graded NONE higher. If we recall right, this is an NGC PR 65 downgraded. Considering its rarity, quality, obsolete design, its hard to believe this coin is not even worth $5,000.00. Opportunity knocks loud to own a really rare and cool looking coin!
