Superb plus! Not only is this coin a full +, its also almost fully prooflike! Wonderful surfaces are above average in cleanliness. There are just a few very tiny ticks in the left obverse that keep this coin from being a full MS65. You only see the ticks because of the powerful luster/mirrors.
