This is a super sexy frosty white SUPERB GEM. We fully agree it is a  real MS66+. Only a small frost break or two can be seen. Overall, the surfaces are a satiny smooth and are very clean. A full booming luster really makes the frosty white color stand out. Miss Liberty and the details are frost and are extremely well struck. The eye appeal is booming! PCGS 382, NGC 286, CAC 178. PCGS has graded 65 coins in MS66+. The last one to sell in auction brought $2,350.00 08/2016. We really do not see many untoned frosty white pieces like this.
