VERY high end. Any nicer and it would jump right to MS66+! The surfaces are major league immaculate. They also have a semi-satiny texture. A moderate luster does enhance the totally original colors. Moderate shades of totally original navy/olive/blue/purple colors swirl all over.  This is NOT a dull or drab coin. Miss Liberty and the details are frosty and have pinpoint sharp strikes. The eye appeal is superb! PCGS 43, NGC 28, CAC 7. Here is shocker: NO PCGS CAC piece has sold at auction since 2013. In 2013 one brought $2,585.00. In 2012 one brought $1,380.00.
