50C 1830 SMALL O PCGS MS64

Yet another great Bust Half from this fresh group we purchased at the end of the ANA Show. Technically, we grade this coin a FULL MS65.  We know PCGS does not like this totally “original” look it has to grade it higher or a +. The surfaces are not only flawless, but them have a faint trace of semi-prooflike mirrors. If you twirl the coin you can see them. A light luster does enhance the totally original “old time” colors. Even shades of blue/pale golden brown/soft russet/pewter swirl all over. Miss Liberty and the details are are not just sharply struck-they stand out like razor wire. The eye appeal is excellent! PCGS 93, NGC 12, CAC 33. The last PCGS CAC piece to sell in auction brought $4,230.00 08/2015. This coin offered here has been off the market for many years with a picky collector.
