We must be missing something here. We resubmitted this coin 2x. It sure looks like a MS65 to us (we make no promises)!
The ONLY thing we think keeps this coin from an MS65 designation-not enough luster. Everything else is all there. The surfaces are impeccable. Only one small hidden toning dot can be found. Both sides are a warm even pewter color with no discolorations. Miss Liberty and the details are fully struck. The eye appeal is excellent!
PCGS 19, NGC 32, CAC 13 (this coin is at least 2x). We paid a ton for this coin and it did not work. Oh well. Time to move on.
