We fully agree this is a borderline MS63. It is far nicer then most 82CC’s you will ever see!
Zesty fresh surfaces are actually adorned by a “thick” luster. The surfaces do have a satiny hint. Only with a strong glass can you detect a few ticks and light scuffs (mostly on the reverse). The color is a bright yellow gold. There are no spots or discolorations. Miss Liberty and the details are frosty and have exceptional strikes. The eye appeal is fantastic-especially as a 62+!
PCGS 1, NGC 0, CAC 1. There is an NGC MS63 but it is not CAC. We can’t stress enough the overall rarity of this date in MS. Its a powerful statement that after 29 years of operations, PCGS has graded NONE higher. Opportunity knocks loud of the CC gold collector!
