We learned long ago that the word “awesome” need to be used sparingly and only when deserved. Duh, this coin is more then worthy of being called awesome!
Immaculate surfaces are satiny and have a wonderful smooth texture. Even with a really strong glass it is still hard to find any impairments. The luster is strong. Both sides are a beautiful original gold. There are NO spots. Miss Liberty and the details are amazingly struck and do exhibit light frost. The eye appeal is really special!
PCGS 10, NGC 6, CAC 3. PCGS has graded only 9 coins higher. The last auction sale for one of these is back in 11/12 Heritage. That coin brought $10,575.00. The current Collectors Universe Value is $13,500.00. Opportunity knocks loud here!
