We just loved this coin so much we had to own it. We put a relativity reasonable bid in, and viola! Its ours!
The contrast is remarkable. Both sides offer mirrors that are exceedingly deep. They also have amazing clarity, cleanliness, and are intensely reflective (yes, you can easily shave with them). When you twirl this coin you get the semi glass like/liquid mercury roll. The only toning is a thin band of gold by the rims. Miss Liberty and the details are thickly frosted and have sharply stand out strikes. The eye appeal is phenomenal!
PCGS 22, NGC 34, CAC 11. We paid $9,400.00 for this gorgeous piece out of Legends Regency 10 sale. Much to our total surprise, we found NO record for any PCGS CAC piece sever selling at auction before. We’ll flip this coin out to any collector who promises to give it the great home it deserves!
