ULTRA HIGH END! We think this coin lacks enough luster for PCGS to pull the trigger and grade it MS65.
We looked really hard over and over at the pristine surfaces. We found nada. There aren’t even any real toning dots-that’s how incredibly clean the surfaces are. The luster is light to moderate. Both sides are a totally original brown mixed with faded MINT RED highlights. Miss Liberty and the details are fully struck. The eye appeal is very pleasing!
PCGS 19, NGC 6, CAC 7. The last one of these to sell in auction brought $3,055.00 01/2014 Goldberg. This coin has been off the market with very caring copper collector for along time! Opportunity knocks loud here!
