Ultra deep and “ice like” mirrors are simply amazing. They have a nearly blinding reflection. Plus they are crystal clear and are pretty much flawless. They remind you of a freshly formed sheet of ice. Some very faint hints of gold can be detected around the peripheries on both sides. Miss Liberty and the details are thickly frosted and have needle sharp strikes. The eye appeal besides being nearly blinding is just incredible!
ONLY 551 were ever minted. PCGS 8, NGC 4, CAC 1. This coin last sold in auction for $4,406.00 09/2014 Heritage. We did not buy it from auction. We were floored when we were waiting to going through a dealers box and could see this coin flash from that far away. You will love the bold mirrors and the crisp contrast!
