Sorry, this is not a dipped out white coin. It is a totally original GEM with light toning. It also has very impressive features!
First, there is a natural light pale golden brown hint of toning that covers both sides. The few microscopic dots you see are toning. It is NOT dull or dark. A strong luster shows off very clean and satiny surfaces. Most impressive: Miss Liberty and the details are amazingly struck. Rarely will you see ALL the rivets in the shield FULL like these are. The eye appeal is super nice!
PCGS 27, NGC 17, CAC 15. According to our record, the last 2 sales of this date and grade (w/a CAC bean) brought $7,638.00 03/2013 Heritage and $6,900.00 04/2012 Heritage. These are NOT as common as you might think.
