We can stare at twirl this amazing piece all day. Calling it SUPERB is an UNDERstatement!
Superior deep, crystal clear, ultra clean, and highly reflective mirrors beam from all over. The mirrors look like a freshly formed sheet of ice. A huge crescent of original royal blue frames the entire right side of the coin. Some light irregular toning can be seen only with a glass. Miss Liberty and the details are sharply struck and do have thick creamy white frost. The eye appeal is incredible!
930 were minted. PCGS 10, NGC 21, CAC 12. This is the ONLY PR67+ graded by PCGS. PCGS has graded 2 coins in PR68 (each worth at least $12,500.00+). NOTE: A REGULAR PCGS PR67 CAC sold in auction for $6,463.00 02/2014 heritage. This coin was from our recent July Simpson Dime Collection Sale. It realized only$6,475.00. At that price, we had to buy it! Opportunity knocks loud for the serious PR Seated Dime collector or someone who just buys really neat coins!
