Bought this killer piece from a major “crackout” dealer who only sold it because his backer made him. Otherwise he’d submit it 25x seeking an MS67. The coin sure is HIGH END!
Outstanding surfaces are ULTRA clean and smooth. The ONLY thing keeping this coin from being worth $7,000.00 as an MS67-a small teenie tick on that’s well hidden on the face. If we did not tell you, you would not see it. A full booming luster shows off beautiful pale nickel/creamy light gold color. All of the details are well struck. The eye appeal is tremendous!
PCGS 216, NGC 127, CAC 54. PCGS has graded 15 in MS66+ (we wonder how many times this coin has been 66+). The last PCGS CAC piece that sold in auction brought $1,058.00 01/2013 Heritage. That is an awful long time ago!
