Do not let the pops fool you. Legend has now owned or handled one of these since 2009! Usually there is always something wrong somewhere we didn’t like. This coin broke the ice and is a really super example!
As expected, this coin is a big booming ball of luster. You can clearly see the super clean surfaces. There is a small line/tick you really need a glass to see and that is it. This is NOT a low end MS66. Both sides are a blazing white. Miss Liberty and the details are frosty and have bold strikes. The eye appeal is SUPERB!
PCGS 60, NGC 27, CAC 12. The last PCGS CAC piece to sell in auction brought $6,325.00 01/2011 Heritage. Remember, that’s TWO full years ago! This is a great coin destined for your great set!
