What a great coin! It is certainly closer to MS65 then being solid for the grade!
Boldly semi-prooflike surfaces have just a few teenie ticks and giggles scattered around. There is nothing that stands out to the naked eye. We grade the reverse full MS65. Both sides are a booming frosty white. Miss Liberty and the details are sharply struck and have thick frost. The eye appeal is gorgeous!
ONLY 4400 were minted. PCGS 22, NGC 13, CAC 7. The last one to sell in auction brought $2,820.00 02/2013 Heritage. We think even if you don’t collect MS Seated halves, this coin represents a great value and addition to your collection.
