Surprisngly deep (and we mean deep) mirrors are crystal clear, super clean, and have bold reflectivity. A marvelous totally ORIGINAL color mix of evergreen and blue/navy swirl all over both sides. Every detail is incredibly struck and does have some frost. The eye appeal is incredible!
PCGS 9, NGC 11, CAC 6. PCGS has only graded TWO coins finer. The last 1860 3CS to appear in a major auction brought: $6,613.00 02/2012 Heritage-for a PCGS NON CAC piece, and $10,069 01/2013 Heritage for a NGC NON CAC piece. That clearly states about the value and rarity of this date in GEM PR.
