1C 1922 NO D STRONG REV PCGS MS64BN
$40,000.00
What an amazing example of a date that is world famous for coming horribly! Plus, we never EVER see them in this high of a grade.
Absolutely flawless surfaces are smooth and clean. A surprising luster does beam from all over. A totally ORIGINAL mild chocolate brown with very faint hints of ORIGINAL MINT RED (on the reverse) is evenly spread around. Lincoln and all of the details are extra sharp in strike. The reverse wheat is strong-and the area below the date is as clean as can be! The eye appeal is fabulous!
PCGS 2, NGC 1, CAC 1. This piece has price records as high as $57,000.00 (2008). The extreme rarity of ANY NO D 1922 in anything ABOVE MS62 can’t be over exaggerated. If you are a Lincoln Cent collector or someone who just buys “key” dates, this is an amazing and important coin!
