Ultra deep and crystal clear mirrors are impeccably clean and have intense reflectivity. When you twirl this coin the mirrors do look like “liquid rolling mercury”. The ONLY negative-there is one small spot on the HOLDER-NOT the coin! Everything else is fabulous! Miss Liberty and the details are needle sharp in strike and have heart pounding thick white frost. The eye appeal is total candy!
ONLY 731 were ever minted. PCGS 4, NGC 2, CAC 1. This coin last appeared in auction back in 2010 and sold for $5,750.00. We bought it from the collector who has owned it since. We wonder what crazy number it would have fetched in the recent ANA sales?
