This is a actually a really nice Monroe!
Technically, the coin is probably an MS66. PCGS probably wants an untoned look. The surfaces are virtually perfect. They also radiate with a strong luster. A light to medium layer of ORIGINAL deeper golden brown toning is speckled about. All of the details are well struck and do appear boldly.
PCGS 401, NGC 380, CAC 72. These are not as easy as you think to find nice and eye appealing! The last one of these to sell in major auction brought $1,410.00 07/2013.
