This coin is VERY HIGH END.
Deep, crystal clear, clean (overall), and highly reflective mirrors cover all the surfaces. Only if you use a strong loop will you find a few light wispy lines that keep this coin from a full PR65 CA designation. The mirrors do look glassy. Some light russet/reddish brown color clings on to parts of the rims. The centers are a frosty white. Miss Liberty and the details are sharply struck and have thick creamy white frost. The eye appeal is fantastic!
ONLY 930 pieces were ever minted. PCGS 20, NGC 23, CAC 5. These are NOT as “common”as you think. The last one to sell in a major auction brought $2,760.00 11/10 Stacks (over 2 years makes a pretty bold statement to us)!
